Uganda Support Project started 24 years ago, by students at Awa Minami High School (today’s Awa High School).
We invite the three delegates who visited Uganda this summer and hear about the project’s present and future.
旧安房南高ではじまったウガンダ支援活動は輪を広げながら今年で24年目。
今年ウガンダを訪問した河辺さん、愛沢香苗さん、鈴木正博さんの3名をお招きし、その現状やこれからの支援についてお話ししてもらいます。

The speech will be in Japanese with English translation.
スピーチは英語訳付きの日本語で行われます。

久しぶりにサビーネギャザリングを開催いたしますのでご案内です。
たまたま前回に引き続いて観光関係のお話になりますが、
海外在住の長いゲストから、興味深いお話をうかがえると思います。
お話をうかがったあとは、ゲストや他の参加者のみなさんとの交流パーティも予定しています。

Kenji has been involved in the finance industry, basically in the field of capital markets for 30 years.
He has lived overseas for 10 years in total, which includes cities such as London, Frankfurt and Philadelphia.
He was appointed as Minamiboso City Tourism Strategist in December 2016.
瀬戸川氏は約30年間金融業界で主に資本市場業務に従事。
ロンドン、フランクフルト、フィラデルフィアなど海外に計10年在住。
2016年12月から南房総市の嘱託職員として地域おこし協力隊に任命される。

スピーチは英語と日本語で行われます。

Yobikomi-tai group was formed to promote more international tourists to Minamiboso area. The members will discuss how Minamiboso can be more attractive to non-Japanese visitors with David Green who runs a camp lodge Nanbo Kokusai Mura in Chikura. 「外国人観光客を安房に呼び込み隊」は、その名の通りの活動のために今年誕生。千倉町で宿泊施設「南房国際村」を経営するグリーンさんとともに、外国人観光客にどうその魅力を伝え、足をむけてもらうか考えていきます。

Dr. Gaku Kinoshita, Ph.D. is a retired cultural anthropologist who lived in the US for about 25 years. He studied Japanese Americans in Hawaii. He now lives in Tateyama.

木下学（きのしたがく）－元人類学者。米国生活25年。著書に「ハワイ生まれのJapanese（英語）」。館山在住。

スピーチは英語を交えて日本語で行われます。どうぞお気軽にお出かけください。
